Pend Oreille Hospital District (the District) is a political subdivision of the State of Idaho and was established to support hospital facilities within the District, the geographical boundaries of which include the city of Sandpoint and approximately two-thirds of Bonner County, Idaho.
Though Idaho Code 39-1328 authorizes the compensation for services to each Trustee, $600 annually by the majority Board vote, no Resolution or Trustee compensation has ever been introduced by any POHD Trustee.
